How often are orders processed?

Orders are processed daily in the order in which they are received (Monday-Saturday). Orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail which takes 2-7 days to deliver.

How do you calculate the cost of shipping?

You will pay the actual cost of shipping. Most carriers base your shipping cost on your location and the weight of your purchase.
We offer a Priority shipping option based on the rate currently published by USPS to anywhere in the US.

NOTE: Carriers adjust rates periodically; our rates adjust automatically with these changes.

Shipping cost can be viewed in your shipping cart once you enter your address as you begin the purchase process.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to mailing restrictions, we cannot ship our paint outside of the United States.

What if the shipping amount in my shopping cart is incorrect?

If the shopping cart has been edited and the shipping amount does not update, go back to the Shipping Method page and select the appropriate shipping amount.
To remove items from your cart, click the X on the right side of the item listing.

Can you combine items in my order(s)?

Shipping is calculated for each individual order, however, if you have submitted multiple orders close together, please email us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to ship your orders together. If combining your orders results in less shipping cost, we will refund any excess shipping paid at checkout. Keep in mind that once we have processed and packaged an order, we will not be able to combine it with any other order or refund any shipping costs paid.
